Kitty Portrait
Thought I would dust this one off for my last portrait of the week. :)
I first made this image in 2005 using Kai's Power Tools. I believe this effect is called "hyper tiling". I was excited to discover that you can still get these plugins, now called "KPT Collection", from Corel. They work with Photo-Paint 10 and later. Great news for us Mac folks who like these old-school effects. ;)
