I love this new forum... 'cause other than raptors (the feathered kind), my favorite other photographic pursuit is US military Jet teams: the USN Blue Angels & the USAF Thunderbirds. Here's one from the Jones Beach Air Show this past May... Enjoy!
If it were mine i would be tempted to clip the BG and enhance the sky color as it appears (to my eye) a little light, the aircraft could use some curves work imo as well
Would be pleased with that one

hi chris, thanks for joining in the fun! perfect composition. i like the trails off the wing tips going through the frame, but it is underexposed and has a blue color cast also. you really need to dial in some positive compensation for the blues. they are tough....especially on a cloudy day!! keep em coming!!!!!!
Nicely done with the vapor. Hard to get the colors of the aircraft to pop sometimes due to atmospheric haze. Would like more room in front, less behind.
I am running Win 7 with Firefox. There are a couple of add-ons. One is EXIF Viewer and the other is FxIF. With these, as long as the poster has left the EXIF intact, it will allow you to read the EXIF. There is one problem with this and that is many people delete their EXIF. When this forum first started they were asked to do this because we were only allowed very small file size. Now that the file size is 200K I see no reason why they do not ask for people to leave the EXIF attached to the jpg. The size of EXIF is I think well below 5K in size so it would not distract from image quality and still keep it under 200K.
