EDIT: After a little more research the Wimberly P - 50 Lens Plate will fit. Plate is available from the BAA store.

If given a choice I would buy a lens foot replacement.

4th Generation produces a nice low and light weight foot replacement

I had a good look at the lens foot replacement but decided not to go that way as it would make it impossible to use it as a carry handle in the field.
