    I enjoyed Dave Mills recent post of a Dragonfly. I took a shot at one the other day
    at Wakodathachee. Not as good as Dave's!

    Techs: D40X, 70-300mm lens, F/8, 1/320sec, ISO200, WB Auto, Aperture Priority.
    Very small crop, One NR pass.

    Hi Oscar, I think you did a decent job on this by getting the subject sharp. I might take a bit off the top to emphasize the DF. The backround is a bit bright. I threw out alot of images yesterday with far worse backrounds so your not alone in having some difficulty controlling them. I kept working the subject and sometimes making only a slight shift to get a better angle. That slight shift can be the difference between a busy or muted backround depending on the location.
