These little mallard ducklings had no fear as they foraged at the head of a waterfall.

    Canon 40D; Canon 300/4 L IS; 1/125; f/4.0; ISO 200; Manfrotto 055XB/488RC2; Everything covered with cut-leaf camo.

Oh my, Danny, this is precious!
I may crop about an inch off the top and probably minimize the OOF rock on left.
Thanks for sharing, it made me smile.

Wonderful timing, Danny. Nice and sharp ducklings and the blur of the waterfall is perfect.

Wonderful shot Danny -- what a catch. Very sharp and well spotted. I take it they did not go for a tumble.

Yes, they tumbled down multiple times but it didn't seem to bother them a bit.

I really enjoy his image, clever use of low shuttter speed. I would have preferred the front duckling to be the main focus point, but still works for me

Looks almost dangerous. :) Cute little guys and the setting makes this one for me. I would tone down the bright area of the rock in the upper left.

Wow I just love this image. I do agree with Fabs that some off the top and a little less of the OOF rock would make this an even stronger image.

A real little cracker Danny, with an excellent choice of title too. Agree with Fabs, I would crop just at the bottom of the green leaf (?) in the water just above the duckling.

Thanks everybody - glad you enjoyed it and some good ideas on how to tweak it a bit.
