    Default Barrow's Goldeneye-another one

Hope you folks are not getting tired of the goldeneyes--:) Here is another male Barrow's I photographed over the weekend. They are really letting me get close.

How can you get tired of these beauties, Bonnie?

Nicely exposed and comp. As Artie says, the floating pupils of these can be tricky, I would zoom in on the eye and do some work to give the image the sharpness it really has.

    Keep them coming!

Nope, not tired of them yet :D Well done again. Even though they are not blown, I might lower the brightness of the whites a touch.

Maybe an ever so slight CCW roation is needed. You've been posting a great series on these guys...I don't think I could get tired of them considering how difficult goldeneyes are to approach up here.

Well done Bonnie. Goldeneyes are one of my favourite ducks but they're also one of my nemesis birds. I'll just have to continue to admire your close-ups for now.
