Very nice capture with clean, interesting BG.Wish the head turn was not as big since we partially loose one eye. Lots of detail in the plumage and good EXP. I may evict the very light weed in the lower right if it is OK with your post processing ethics. TFS.
Compositionally speaking, the negative space should be on the left of the frame, since there is where the bird's face is pointing too.

Like the shot, agree with the bright weed.
We have some here but mostly are with bands, so try to get one without is not easy. Good job.
