Default 4K post and an Osprey

This is my 4000th post on BPN! I want to take this opportunity to thank BPN members who have taken the time to view, critique, and help improve my photos :) In particular I have had the pleasure of being coached by Al, Fabs and James, their work has always inspired me and my photography has improved a lot by observing and learning from their images. Special thanks to Axel, his attention to subtle detail is a further step towards perfection-danke schon!

This image was made on lake Blue Cypress in Florida, with Al, Fabs and Axel

Big congrats on the 4K Arash....BPN is a great learning experience. You will have to return to Blue Cypress Lake in the near future.....I spoke with Joe and Jeanie the other day and there are still quite a few Ospreys on the lake. Great action shot to use as the milestone

Big congrats on your 4000th Arash, and what a great image to share it with. I like the wingspread, and the overall detail is nice and sharp. Good to see his catch too. Here's to another 4000.

Arash, congratulations on the milestone. Lovely image with great wingspread, composition, open beak, exposure. Only thing I might have wished for is the fish's head.

Congratulations on the milestone, it's always a pleasure to look at your images. The wing position, sharpness, open beak and eye contact make this one for me. The whites could go a bit whiter for my taste. I look forward to the next 4k. :)

Congrats Arash! Wonderful image to celebrate with....one of my favorite birds and a super pose!!! Bill.....they rip the head off immediately....so the fish doesn't bite back!

Congrats Arash, as always a wonderful image. Axel may be right about the whites or it could just have been a dirty (off white) bird :D

Looking forward to the next 4K

Wow....4000, I'm a mere babe in the woods. Also I notice that you have a nice, low thread/comment ratio (7.6%) which I think would make Artie happy as it shows you are providing a lot of comments on the images of others as you post your own threads. Regarding the image, it's great to see a compelling osprey shot, such as this, especially with the bloody fish, because for some reason I don't like most osprey images I see. I've always enjoyed your work Arash.....keep 'em coming.
