    Default Amber eyed Leopard cub.

Continuing the Leopard theme this week, here is a 5mth old female cub with beautiful amber coloured eyes.
Compared to her brother she was a little more timid but managed a few frames with her out in the open.

Gorgeous it is Marc !!! I like the pose, look and surrounding grass .. enhances image !! Might try darkening corners just a bit to draw attention right at center !! Very slight boost in contrast would be good, would try lightening the light areas just a bit with curves !!! Big Congrats on this one .. one of my favorites so far !!!

Mine too Hendri, we really enjoyed our stay here, the guiding @ DVL was some of the best I've encountered.:)

I'll go along with "gorgeous"!! Those amber eyes bore right into you!

I'm seeing a cyan cast on my monitor.

Yes, good ideas. You could also mask around his cubness and use a curves adj. layer to slightly fade the background. That'll pop the subject out a bit more:

David's repost looks much more "natural", too me.

    Marc,

Game viewing must have improved greatly at DVL since I was there in the year it opened, but to be fair they had a Leopard come into the lodge on occasions.

Like the pose, focused look, and surrounding grasses. David's repost did a good job of fixing the blue cast I too was seeing in the OP.
