And they will. They seem to have great aim.:( I have gotten hit on more then one occasion.
I guess it's better than getting pecked in the head.:D Cropped a bit for comp and left the space on the bottom as that is where it was looking. And FYI the terns have better aim than the Skimmers.

Hehehe, hope they spared you :)
Intersting presentation, smaller in the frame than usual, good wing position and EXP, sharp too. Open tail a plus. TFS, Joe.

I like the wide crop, if the image were larger, it would be easier to say more but it looks as if some of the whites are a bit overexposed. The BG looks lighter in the center than at the edges, it's almost a rectangle in the middle.

Thanks Fabs. I just felt this one needed some room. I'm generaly a fan of a tighter crop , but wanted to "stray" for my usual.

I've taken to carrying alcohol wipes - been 'bombed' on more than one occasion & that stuff can be really mean on the equipment.

Nice formation with wings and good exposure. I would choose a tighter crop but it's not my photo!

Your bird appears to be Common Tern. Rarely seen here in Florida. My experience is having two lenses, two cameras, and myself anointed by Least Terns. Its defensive tactics are, shall we say, quite dirty. Beautiful image in every regard.

I also like the crop as presented. Its something different and works very well.
