I like the cool low angle, and the splashing wave in the BG. Although ideally the skimmer wouldn't be angled away, it really does not bother me too much here. The biggest issue is the proximity of the wingtip to the edge at left. More room is needed there but you know that already.

Nice skimming action and I also like the wavelet. It would not be too difficult to add a bit canvas at the left and I would also tone down the whites some more.
