Very nice Harshad. Like the mud on the flank and the habitat. Might crop a tiny bit from the right. Majestic looking and like the low angle!

Hey HB -- Now that is a beastly beast and only the HB could get so up close and personal. I love the stance because it shows the animals muscle contours so well. Background and surroundings are perfect. Congrats on a fine capture.

Harshad, magnificent animal well shown. He is so big and strong and you have captured it well for us to enjoy. What a look in his eyes.

Just a bit tight all round for me Harshad, as I have said before, think you need to shoot & think wider. :)

    Harshad,

Yet another beautiful Tiger, looks like an extremely fit chap:D

I think a little more space would have emphasised the size of the tiger, may I recommend the 70-200 F4 for such occassions, light and good quality (i have no idea why I sold mine)

Hi Harshad, another great tiger shot. I liked the low perspective you got with this shot. Also his alert posture, ears and eyes. Well done at 1/60s as well. Don't know how you keep doing it:D
About Steve's suggestion of shooting wider, I think he has the right idea, but perhaps extra OOF vegetation might come into the picture. When will Canon bring out a 100-300f4 Image Stabilized lens, that would take away the need for two bodies and a time-changing camera swop:( Tfs

Nice image. Why only ISO 200?

..... :) your mind was on the tigers !!! Don't think I would go down to 200 on that camera at all ... its a good performer and can always use the speed !!! Also agree on being a little tight in frame !! Love the low angle and stare !! Big Congrats !!!

Great intense stare and I like the position of the tiger in the frame.

Superb specimen Harshad. I don't really mind about the tightness so much, my only wish was that the tail showed a little more behind him for balance (jut a matter of luck).
You make it look so easy to find tigers posing nicely in the open! I hope not to be too disappointed when I finally get to India...:)
