Default Ridin' the wavelets: Pied-billed Grebe

From the same session as last week's post, but this one is the mate. Hard to tell which is male and female as they look the same and also share parenting responsibilities. It was rather windy, and this caused some nice wavelets in the water. This was the placement I liked best with nice separation between BG and FG water.

    Canon 40D + 100-400L @ 400mm, 1/1000s., f/7.1, ISO 400, +0.7 EC, natural light, handheld, full frame.

Good exposure and sharpness and I like the BG color.

Very sharp and love the wave around him. Great EXP control also. Way to go!

All the techs are spot on with excellent detail and sharpness. Love the soft look of the water. Well done Daniel.
