    Default In Flight Battle

I made the trip to St Petersburg this past weekend and ended up meeting up with Judy, Gary and Ken. We had a great time trying to get these guys in the air. They sure are FAST!! Of all my attempts to get two in the same image this was my only succussful one. Take with the D300 and Nikon 70-300VR, 1/2000, iso 800, f/8. C&C always welcomed.:)

Great capture Nancy..love how you caught them in the same wing position. Wonderful detail and the open beaks are terrific. Nice seeing again and shooting with you.

Lovely interaction, sharpness, and exposure. Only bummer is that they are facing away.

Very nice screaming action, with great wing positions. There seems to be a bit of a green cast on the follower?
Love the eye contact on the first one, TFS, Nancy, glad you saw Judy and Gary :)

very nice Nancy, Agree with Fabs, the under wing area of the following skimmer looks a bit funny, looks like too much highlight recovery?
