Lovely image, great BG , HA and eye contact. Pin sharp. Don't see anything to pull you up on - well maybe a slight ( and I mean slight) more room on the RHS. Well done and TFS

Look sharp and love those fine feather details, good details in the black as well. Also love the nice smooth background, I might just run NR over the background only.

I think I would like it with a little more room on the right an take a fair amount off of the left and bottom so that you have more of a head shot. That is just my own taste.

I agree with Michael here, I would like to see a bit more room on the RHS. :)
    Great job on the exposure.

Hi Joel. Beautiful fine feather detail, especially at 1/125th. Nice clean bg as well. Agree that shifting the bird slightly left in the frame might help. I'm not usually a big fan of square crops but it seems to work here, with that possible adjustment. Well done.

A beautiful bird with fine detail. A tad more on the RHS and you've got a winner!!

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. Does this crop make the image stronger?

Lovely image of such a beautiful bird. Nice detail and bg. Though the eye looks like it could benefit from a couple passes of USM.
