    Default Juvenile ibis landing

Been out of town and finally get back to normal. Love the updated site for sure. Thanks all for the hard work.

I found that photographing Juvenile Ibis landing are much harder than the adults because they do a sharp turn right before landing. Not sure if that was their way of learning how to land. Hope everyone had a great 4th of July.

You are correct, they do a very quick maneuver right when you have acquired focus :)
Nice whites and head angle, a wider aperture would have blurred the BG some more. Love the open feet.

Did you guys ever made it here? It was raining all weekend long, hope you got a chance to go out and shoot.

Great pose giving a dynamic feel to the image! I do find the BG a bit distracting though. Sounds like these guys were fun to observe!

    Thank you Daniel.
Variation of colors of the BG probably makes it distracting.
They don't land like the adults.
