I have been to Mesa arch too many times to rmember over the last 18 years. The record before this trip was 15 photogtraphers.......I hope I never top this....well over 100! There was another photo tour already there with 30 participants!!!.....when I arrived with my 4 clients......Yikes!!! I positioned them right behind this group as a huge busload of tourists arrived.....all b4 sunrise! I took this with about 1/2 of the people there just to show you how crazy it can get at some of these locations.....but patience can be rewarded....because once that group had enough.....my group stepped in and got this: http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ad.php?t=67399
This proves you can't give up just because there is a crowd.....you just have to work much harder!

Kudos on the positive attitude, Roman. I would have been out of there with my tail between my legs. I looked at the link and wow.....what a shot! I'm always looking for your work in Outdoor Photography. Take care.

Hi Roman, I think my heart would of dropped seeing this. Great job with the shot and knowing exactly where to position the group.

Impressive image my friend! I, too, would have turned tail and run...right to the top of the rock!

I always consider having the personality trait of avoiding crowds like the plague to be a great assest for a photographer.

Roman: maybe you should increase your participants and set yourself up for an early retirement ;)
