    Default Eastern KIngbird?

    I think this is an Eastern Kingbird. It was photographed near it's nest in Western Idaho, but I think the range extends this far. Although not evident in this photo, the tail has a white tip.

    Correct. Scientific name is Tyrannus tyrannus which says a lot about how it behaves!
