Just returned from an eleven day trip to Alaska on Friday. One of my main goals was to photograph brown/grizzly bears, and I was fortunate to have that happen. This sow was along the road with her yearling cub which allowed for some good opportunities.

don't mind her sloped position as the lines in the foliage dictate that the image is straight and she was standing on a downward slope
Hi Josh Glad you found some bears and this one looks really good !!! All you could have asked for are flowers in the bg !!! ... btw tech wise would trade shutter speed for dof and stop down more !!! ...got the cub also?
