    Default Ibex

My wife and I went to visit a friend who is a naturalist in Ticino in the Alps. During one of our hikes we met some young Ibex. Here is one of them.
My friend Daminano told me it will not be easy to go that close to tham in the coming months. The hunters will arrive soon who has to right to kill 40 of them from this area :(.

lovely detail, eye contact and soft light Lorant...did you crop this? I feel it could benefit from some CCW rotation to get the ibex more "level"...

Good sharp detail Lorant, and I like the eye contact. Love the bent leg too.

Thank you for the comment and the suggestion. :). The photo is almost full frame; just croped for composition.

Good looking animal and like the pose and setting !!

Would do away with the bright white spots on bg, sure catch my eye and could lighten the face area just a tad !!! Excellent !!
