    I love these eyes. Did you consider a vertical crop? Maybe less space to our right of the image, since the branch hanging down in the upper right does not add to the image. Another thing might be to lighten the owl's right eye or the right side of his face some if you can. Very nice image, thank you for sharing it.

    fully agree with tom's comments. the mixed light got you here. but i think it's totally salvagable and would look good if you could work on the shadows. nice job getting the fairly clean background!!!

    Agree with the above comments. Nice capture and a vertical crop or at least some from the rhs should make it better.

    Hi Diego - agree with the comments above - too much negative space on the right - so would crop vertical - different matter if the bird was looking to the right.
    I would fix up the shadows a little - maybe darken the BG a tad so the bird pops out a little.
    Looking forward to seeing more :)

    Love the looking at you HA and the those big eyes really help. Very good comments given by the above posters. It is very hard to get a clean shot of bird up in the tree and you manage to get one here, very good. Just wish for the more evenly lit light.
