I've got some catching up to do, haven't been on the site much this week because of work:) This was a cockatoo that I used during Chiaroscuro week. I did a double flip, then used Nik Detail Stylizer>Stairs, then squared the image, added canvas and used a slight spherize. I thought it ended up looking like a howler monkey mask:D

    Thanks for looking.

Cheryl, I like the color combo. The flip looks good. The Nik stylizer gives it some interest. I kind of wish the beak were a little sharper but it's probably the filter and the flip.

This looks like some kind of interesting mollusk to me, Cheryl. I like the colors, and the detail stylizer works well for this one. Nice job with the flip.

Nice flip, Cheryl. I like the colors and the effect of the stylizer. Nicely done.

Hi Cheryl - like it a lot - Id even be tempted to just go with the top half of the mask.

Cheryl, this is very cool! I like it. Agree with Denise about the center area. I think a bit of sharpening all around would be good too. Lance has a good point about the crop. Just using the "scroll crop" I can see a very interesting image with this one cropped a little bit above the lower eyes! You get a nice open mouth.

I like this Cheryl. I think you could bring out a bit more detail in the eyes. I think I see a dark pupil in there:)
