Love that pose and stare ... perfectly relaxed and highly vigilant at the same time. I would work at bringing more light onto the cat and foreground branches and leaves. Something like this:

Very nice image and intense eye contact. The repost by David takes it up a notch.

Very nice image! The change I would make to David's PP is to brighten only the cat without the foreground branch. Were you able to get this from a jeep, elephant back, or elsewhere?

Just love the angle and pose, and well done on the comp. David's repost works well.

Looks like this leopard has a favorite tree?

I believe the same leopard and tree are photographed here: http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ad.php?t=67338

gorgeous clean shot, pose and eye contact, and nice and sharp at 1/60! :)

every nature photographer would love a leopard on a log looking straight at them with no vegetation in the way...I'm green

I do notice a slight green cast in your OP which David's repost seems to have sorted out.

It's interesting to note the differing physiques of Indian leopards vs African leopards.

Was going to say pretty much the same thing Morkel.
Love the intense head on stare here Vinay, well depicted.
The Indian species appear to have a much more feline (for want of a better word) :D & slender head.
