Here is another fract image I worked in the past... I took this image late in the afternoon with the sun lighting up the face of the approaching pelican with the mountain backdrop. Applied Topaz Simplify followed by Redfield Fractalius... used multiple layer masks to open up the underlying layers. Cropped and applied usm for the final effect. Hope you like it...

I think you are liking the frac filter Indranil. Might give it more room bottom and right as he is flying in that direction. Really like the line of the hill in the BG. Simple and effective:).

I like this one Indranil, the frac on the wings gives the pelican a sense of movement, well done

Indranil, Interesting comp. I think I might add a tiny bit more room on the right as Jackie suggested. Just enough details. :)

Excellent repost Indranil! Man, that is one of the best fract images I think I've ever seen. I love the line of the mountain and the oversimplified look that this one has while still maintaining the "fract" qualities. Really nice work!

Excellent flight pose and frac effect, Indranil! I love the sense of motion to the wings. Personally, I'm not sure about the line of the mountain in the BG though, I might try blurring it a bit to soften it.

Indranil, you are getting in the groove with the Fractalius filter! I like your use of both soft and sharp elements and the glow effect is very nice. Love the wild hairdo!
