Snapping Turtle.
This huge gal was busy laying eggs, therefore staying put and allowing me time to set-up and try different images and best angles. This one is full frame at MFD (about 6 feet). Very prehistoric-looking!!

Daniel, this is really nice, love the detail and the expression in the face and the tonal range.
Great perspective Dan, and you have captured incredible sharp detail. The head stands out so well against the striking green BG. An opportunity well used.
Good detail in this Daniel, not something you want to get your fingers too close too I guess.
