For those of you that I didn't get to meet during my trip to Florida earlier this year, this is what I look like :eek::eek:
I was on a trip to the Farne Islands in NE England last weekend, and as I was getting out of my friend's camper van she picked up my camera and took this...now at least I know who my friends are :D

I grew up in Hexham, Northumberland and moved to Canada just over 2 years ago. I am going back to visit my folks next June and the Farne Islands are top of my list as I wasnt into photography until I arrived in Canada. I remember going when I was younger and seeing all the puffins and during nesting season the gulls would swoop down and peck your head. Cant wait to see some of your photos.

Jamie, you will love the Farne Islands - this was my first visit too and I will be going back next June. Let me know when you will be over here - perhaps we will be in the area at the same time!! I shall be posting some pictures as soon as I have caught up a bit at work - watch this space :D

Makes Cape Breton Bird Islands in Nova Scotia's look deserted in comparison.

Nice to put a smile to the face!!! Your friend should consider people photography as getting that kind of emotion to show through....is why I do wildlife and landscapes!!!
