Flipping is fun! I've tried a few, most of which were hopeless failures. I am starting to get an idea of what might make an interesting flip, but it is still trial and error for me.

Probably obvious, but: Real RMG photo (shot at the zoo! :)) flipped. Added canvas to the left. Copied him and pasted on the sign in another image captured at the zoo. Played with the sign - flipped map, change North America to Flipville, changed name. Copied sign and added it and text to flip image.

Patti, I am laughing my b__ off!!! This is fantastic! I really like your creative mind. The sign is well done and the Flipville zoo is off the charts. The only thing I can find to help improve this would be to maybe tone down some of the fur on the back. Still laughing.....:):):)

I'm with Denise...couldn't stop laughing!!! Also agree on some of the fur being too bright but the rest is pure genius!

Ditto to the comments posted. Great job with the sign and the whole creative concept.

Cool Goat ;) Made me smile.

If you are having trouble with flips - Get the quadflip plugin for Photoshop.
Denise probably has it around somewhere - Dave Phillips gave it to me a while back.
Looking forward to seeing more :)

Patti, what an awesome first flip! Just love the presentation with the little article and all... Thanks for adding to the "impossible creatures" collection! :)

Thanks all. This was a fun one to do.

Lance, I found the QuadFlip plug-in on the web but after I put it in my CS5 plug-in folder, I get an error every time I try to open PSCS5. When I remove it from the plug-in folder, error goes away. From what I've read in trying to troubleshoot the error, this is common with some plug-ins and CS5. I hope Adobe addresses the issue.

You have a real sense humor there ma'am! I've have noticed similar creatures have the uncanny ability to know when I've had a few six packs, and then they show themselves! (I thought it probably was double vision, but now that I know such creatures exist....) Like what you did with the map. regards~Bill

    Neat image and application, Patti.

Like the addition of the sign and tie in. ;)
