    Found this Yellow-Crowned Night Heron. strolling along the bank at Ding Darling and jumped out of the car to capture a couple of images. they are such interesting looking birds .

    I like the walking pose and head angle and agree that they look very interesting, particularly the shape of the head. I might give it a bit more room at the bottom if you have and might blur the upper part of the BG a little.

    Hi Judy,

    I love the eye. What a contrast to the greens, browns, and grays. I find the pose pleasing. I agree with Axel that if you have it I would include more room a the bottom.

    Hi,
    My first input to this forum so please go easy on me if I stuff up :o.

    I think it is a great picture and agree with earlier comments but on my monitor there is a quite strong halo around the bill especially. Oversharpening ?
