As good as skimming can get, beautiful colors, and reflection, I may toned down the whites a bit. The green on top is nice.

Awesome action, and very nice colours! I'm not sure how much of a crop this is, but I would add back some canvas below to clear the wing-tip reflection, or alternatively crop closer from the bottom to cut, rather than clip the wings down there (e.g. halfway between the tip and "elbow" bend). This hould give you a stronger composition...
