    Arash,
I like the image. Nice eye contact. I like the details under the wings. Handheld or tripod? Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

Thanks Sabyasachi, all of photos are handheld, this one was actually from water (up to our waist but it was really warm!)

I like the wing position and the fact that detail is maintained in both the top and bottom of the wings. Nice BG and love the details. Your birds are rally motivating me to work harder on my BIF... TFS.

The bird is lovely - great pose, crisp sharp with awesome detail. BG looks as if it was blurred in PS. I much prefer to get a smooth BG in camera - it always look nicer and more natural IMO.

Awesome pose on the egret and quite sharp as posted, but I agree the BG has an overly processed look to it (gaussian blur, or other technique). The masking around the contour of the egret isn't crisp either with some soft haloing apparant in areas.

Arash, Very nice details and composition. Agree maybe a little less blurred, but you really got a great pose.

Very nice pose and BG, it looks blurred but OK. I have a question. was this exposure right on the money or a little bit under? Because it sounds an exposure for whites to me. Just out of curiosity :)

Pose and sharpness look very good, I also like the little branch. I might increase the saturation a bit.

The BG on the repost looks alot better, and much more natural. There is nothing worng with it that needed additional blurring....
