I like the composition, eye contact and angle and would only tone down the whites a bit.

Well thoughtout Juan, and just enough of the Tern to work. Good HA, and love the smoothness of the overall BG. Comp wise, I feel the intersection line is too central, and I would maybe take about a third off the bottom.

    Juan, nice shot and crop.
How about toning down the yellow just a bit?

    Hey Juan,
Not the typical comp......but I like it! I does feel a bit on the warm color side.....but that is generally a personal preference. Very creative composition and very well done overall!

    Muy buena Juan!

I also find the crop to be different and I like it for that! Nice bird and warm colors.

Another successful attempt at something new, Juan. Whites look OK to me. I really like the combination of colors and the composition, although I'd also crop a bit off the bottom, the large portion of OOF foreground draws my eye away from the bird a little.

Thanks to everyone for the comments and suggestions :)
I apologize for the dealy in getting back to repost but I almost forget about it :o
Here is a new processed file with a different composition and with the whites toned down a bit. The warm light is due to the natural light of the sun near the horizon.
