This rare species was found at Ding Darling NWR on a prior venture there. He had an attitude problem, maybe because he flipped out and was unable to fly after dining on fast food the past few weeks.

Modification in CS4 included; Hue & Saturation; Vibrance & Saturation; Shadow & Highlight adjustment.

    Enjoy!

I think that the flip is neat. I do wish for a bit more of the body were in focus. Some of the repeats in the BG could be toned down IMO. Nice jeweled tones in the image.

Mean looking bird Mark. Some of the colours are metallic looking. I might take out the stick.:)

Thanks, Denise and Jackie, for viewing and comments. Appreciate it.

Denise, he was in the deep shade of the underbrush, next to the road, so DOF was very limited in order to get the light needed.

Mark, I like the metal look to this one. Reminds me of some Christmas tree ornaments I've seen. Very cool! Agree about the stick. ;)
