    another image from my Florida trip.
    Suddenly this Roseate Spoonbill flew right in front of me while I was shooting shorebirds at DeSoto :)
    I had to back up quite a bit to get it into the frame. I was glad he didn't mind it...

    Nice comp. and action captured. Good color and exposure as well. Water just compliments the entire image.

    Jan, really nice action, colors, and pose here.
    A reflection would have been another "plus" ( under your circumstances nearly impossible) but this is excellent as is.

    Pose, sharpness and splash make this one for me. Did you make this early or late in the day? BTW, you forgot the shutter speed in your techs.

    Beautiful light, great action pose, techs look perfect, and the splash is a nice touch!
