    Default Haroomph! - Bull Frog

I created this image a couple of weeks ago. This large bull frog seemed unperturbed by our presense so we settled in to wait for him to start calling. In thi frame you can see the water vibrating around his fully extended throat sac and body.

    Canon 40, Sigma 50-500mm at 500mm on Induro Carbonflex 8x tripod. 1/200 sec, f/6.3, ISO Equiv.: 500

Cloned out a couple of OOF grass blades including one directly above his right eye.

Like the simplicity and overall colour of this, just wonder if there is another alternative crop?

Appreciate posting something different too. ;)

Hi Stephen, I like the two colours on the frogs head, as well as the good, sharp, focus. I also liked the detail of the small ripples emanating from around the frog, and the reflection.

    Hi Stephen,
I'll echo Grant's comments. Love the ripples!

Thank you Steve Grant and Steve for taking the time to comment. Steve K. I have tried a squarish crop focusing on the head so I may try to past that or something a little different later.

Stephen - An unusual frog shot with some "frog action" going on. I like it a lot.
