Tried Fotosketcher and used some gradients, and paint with light to try and give the image more depth. A two image HDR.

Jackie, I love the sky peeking through and the painterly look to this. I think the 2 dead trees add interest and I knew immediately it was Yosemite.:) The forest green trees look good w/ the effect. Nicely done.

I'm not too sure about the tree on the right side of the frame but I love everything else, Jackie. That bit of sky puts it over the top for me as it gives such a startling "break" from the colors of the forest. Wonderful eye on this one. ;)
