    took this shot the other morning early,with a touch of sun rise,pity I could not get the other foot in the shot.I was layed down on my stomach,and could not move position.comments good or bad.cannon 50d,400mm prime lens cannon,hand held,1/800sac,f5.6,iso800,some tweaks in ps.thanks.

    Christopher, I would agree, pity about the OOF rock and the missing foot - with that gone is would be very good but then we would problably complain about the rock behing the Plover as it distracts from the bird.

    Sweet capture with a lovely pose and eye contact. Excellent detail and a very lovely
    BG and low angle. Fine work Christopher.

    Nice low angle (despite the distracting OOF FG rock), and I like BG. I don't mind the large rock behind the plover. Although the head is angled towards us I find it a bit awkward...the reason being is that I'm not fond of the far eye simply teasing it's appearance. I would rather not see it at all, or seeing more of it. Good job on the techs!
