    I have never seen this species, Jan, but I instantly fell in love with it, based on your wonderful catch. The muted colors and markings on this little fella are an example of nature's wonders.

    Beautiful bird and composition, Jan, agree with Harshad on toning it down a bit and maybe going back on the sharpening too?

    Winning image of an interesting Eurasian species. I too would tone it down a bit. And yes, too bad about the tail being in shadow.
