    Default Table for One

Thought I'd keep with the theme from Morkel and Steve. Taken in the Timbavati, South Africa on the morning game drive. This lone male was dining on impala leg. The suspicion was that he had stolen it from another predator.

    100-400 @ 400mm
    1/200

    ISO 200
Handheld from a safari vehicle, slight crop to remove a dark area at the top.

    C&C welcome and appreciated. Thanks,

Like the tight crop and look Rachel Just having trouble with the bright highlights .. tough exposure would make sure there are not blinking highlights then worry about the shadows !!!

Excellent tight crop with good focus. The concentration is very evident. I agree the highlights, especially under his nose, are a bit distracting.

Like this a lot, notwithstanding the comments re the highlights (with which I agree), it is a nice strong effective image.

I also like the crop. He looks like he's working hard on that meal.

Hi Rachel, main points covered, however I would have raised the ISO to help the SS, it's too low 1/200!! Just be aware for later. :)
