I went to Nickerson Bch. this morning hoping to see some chicks and ran into Joe S, Gen and Bill.
lg. crop. I left the OOF green vegetation in the image. I felt it kept the large BG from looking sterile.

Very sweet and comical moment captured wonderfully. Might crop a bit off the bottom. Just my taste , but a bit too much oof foreground for me. Good job on exposure as we both know the light was tough at this time. Great to see you as well and looking forward to more .

Denise, loved the unique pose. excellent low angle. that catchlight adds a lot here. I am liking all the space too. Well done.

Totally sweet, Denise. I think that the pose is unique. Love your negative space, but I think Joe has a nice idea.

    Hi Denise,

I love the pose. Capturing the chick on it's rear-end adds a since of humor in my opinion. Well exposed and sharp. I like that you left the out of focus vegetation in the image. Joe's suggestion might be worth exploring but is very nice as presented.

That is a very funny pose, thanks for the smile. The raised feet make this one for me. The wide crop works really well. Would it be possible to get more details in the blade of grass in the BG?

Thank you all very much for the kind comments.
Artie, I like the repost -it might be a tiny bit too thin? I'll have to look at it in the morning again. Thank you for taking the time. I like that you left the little green plant in the scene:)

Way cute, Denise. Just a captivating pose sitting back with the feet up. It just makes me want to know what the little one is looking at up above. Beautiful image to ponder:)

The seated pose, with the raised feet puts this over the top Denise. Great DOF effect too. Well captured.

YAW. The original post simply had too much space. If you want to make it a bit wider--I would be fine with that--you would need to first move the tall plant to the left.
