Beach Bird ???

Well this bird looks like a sandpiper and I look through my bird i.d. book which did not clearly identify it. The closest I came was Stilt Sandpiper? Can anyone help with a positive I.D.?:o

What size is the bird? My first thought was Willet.

Agree - Willet - you can even see part of the broad white wing bar peeping out below the lower scapulars. BTW, I don't think there are too many "Stern" bird photographers, but I doubt if we're related - I have no relatives in America outside my immediate family.
