Hi, Joel! I do wish for a better head angle here, some more sharpness, and a more natural perch. Posting the rest of the exif could help us give you a better critique. Also, a tighter crop might work better, and the rail makes the current crop look crooked.
The background is very nice, and I do like the singing pose!
The singing pose and composition look good. As mentioned, it could use a bit more sharpening and the perch is a bit overpowering. If it were mine, I might remove the brighter area in the background in the upper right.
