Tough ducks to shoot, very fast.

    Techs: Nikon D80, F/8, 1/1600sec, ISO400, -0.3EC, FL 400mm CWA, Manual.
Small crop and a couple of NR passes.

    C/C welcomed and appreciated.

I agree tough to get these bif. As Harshad says nice HA and eye contact and well composed. Too bad the head isn't a little sharper. The feet actually looker sharper than the head.

Hi Oscar, agree with Joe regarding the head. The shadow areas are fairly blocked and I'm not sure if you can bring out any detail. I might take a small bit off the top also....

Hi Oscar They are tough birds to get in flight One of your best friends for these is the motor drive, maybe the next frame would have had the wings fully up? Fully up would have let the sun hit the body and lit the wings ... no shadows !!

Don't think the AF point grabbed the head but a keeper, agree with crop suggestions !! Will get many more chances !!!
