New birds for me, please help!

There are so many varieties of gulls and sandpipers, it's hard for me to distinguish.





And this guy always flew with his mouth open:

First one looks like a willet to me because of the wing pattern.

Gulls look like Laughing Gulls- note the black heads extending down the neck, dark back, white eye ring and very little white in primaries (to distinguish from Franklins).

Willet (breeding plumage), Laughing gulls (breeding plumage) and female Boat-tailed grackle. Nice sharp images!
