    Default Mallard Hybrid?

    Came across this duck while photographing on the Rachel Carson Estuarine Reserve this morning. I suspect it's some kind of Mallard hybrid. Any thoughts?

    Yes Bob, I you are right that this is some sort of hybrid. I see at least the dark brown lower neck/upper breast is missing here. Not sure what it is a hybrid of though. Ideas anyone?
