Another Piping Plover Chick from yesterday morning.....(I've got several so don't get bored just yet).

Again...subject was on the top edge of a nice little slope which helped with the already thin DOF.

Thought about it but decided against it.

Actually, there was nothing else to remove from this frame and I thought it was just a tad bit less sterile leaving it there.

Loving these chick images ... keep them coming!

Great low angle, cool "action" pose, and pano crop works well here!

Another beauty! Wonderful low angle. This little guy is all head and legs. Can't wait to see more. (I'd remove the stone.)

Very nice clean presentation and pose. I like the "all head" stage of the chick :)

Jim, Very nice details and walking pose. I like the pano crop and BG. I would evict the brown spot if it were mine, but it's not-rats!:)

Well, there is the dark whatever and in addition the three little thingies to the right of the dark stone. My big problem is with the dark stone which leaves the image unbalanced to the left. If anything, it needs to be moved to the right side of the frame where it would balance the bird.

Killer striding pose and great legs!

These chicks are so cute....it seems as if every image need a cuteness alert to it.
I would consider croping a bit from the right to balance the comp.

I like the walking posture, and overall well exposed.
