    Winging its way across the universe... Used Topaz Remask to isolate the gull, then extruded the bg and added a lens flare layer in multiply mode.

    Kerry, I love the effect on the bg - it's very lush. And the lens flare adds a special touch. I'm not so sure about the little spot behind the gull. I can't decide if it detracts or enhances the image. I'll keep coming back and see if I can decide:)

    "Space Gull" off to the outer limits. Really like it Kerry, tons of fun. With zero gravity, he really must be flying!

    Does look like a space gull! It seems a bit tight in the frame. I like the extrude work and the lens flare is a nice touch. :)

    Kerry, Love that wonderful blue color and the flare really adds some otherworldliness to it. What I like most is the way the blue extruded area fades away at the top and upper right. The composition is perfect!

    I like the effect on the background, also on the fence about the spot to the right of gull..very nicely composed..good PP work on Gull

    Beautiful composition, Kerry. I like this a lot... there is almost an ethereal quality to the bg with the flare. Nicely done.
