Liked the comp, sharpness, pose, head angle and BG. perfect shooting angle as well. Nice soft light. Some contrast adjustment on the RAW file might bring out details in both whites and blacks. Well done and thx. for sharing.

One sweet image with great light, exposure and detail. I might put a small catchlight in the eye , but would change nothing else.

Lovely pose and background. THe blacks do look blocked, but I cannot tell if that's from jpeg compression. otherwise very pretty.

I like the bird, perch, and BG colours. Good pose too, especially with the head subtly turned our way. I personally find the comp a bit tight, and would run a bit more NR to the BG. There is a hint of reflection in the eye that should be dodged to bring more life into to it. You could also check the raw file to see if there are more details found within the blacks to be extracted.

Composition works for me, sharpness and BG look good, too. I would tone down the whites above the beak and I see a slight magenta cast on my monitor. Another vote for lightening the eye a bit more.

Stunning pose and bird. Love the clean background. I believe that some fill flash was needed here as there is no detail in the blacks and a catch-light on the eye is also desirable for live subjects. Please keep them coming as it's always great to see species from other latitudes!
