    Great Cormorants
From early this morning. Knowing I wil need the reach I chose the 7D over the Mark 3 and I am pretty happy with its performance.
Still waiting for THE shot but I am quite pleased with this one.

    Ofer:

There just has to be an easier way to feed the kids!

Great sense of action, with blurred wings, flying water.
    Nice exposure.

I might be tempted to reduce the size of the catch light just a bit so that a bit of pupil showed, I think it would make the eye look sharper.

Good that you placed the brown background above the heads.

    Cheers

    Randy

Great behavior action captured. Angle and sharpness look good, too. I might tone down the whites on the head of the adult, they are not overexposed, just a bit bright for my taste.

Very nice shot Ofer. I like this kind of shot, shows patience. :)
    Is that normal behavior?

    Thanks for your comments guys!
Troy, yes, this is a normal feeding behaviour of the cormorants.

Great behavior image. Really like the water droplets and the water movement under the birds, as well. Beautiful colors.

Ofer, Very nice action captured. I love to see these birds feed. I love the bent back pose of the adult and the raised wings of the young. Nicely done.:)
