    Nice flight pose here, although the far wing is not at a prime placement. I like the translucence to the primaries, and also the lit tail spread. Good exposure - with the light coming from the right did you need to lighten the shade under the wing and on the body? You could also try to rid the cyan cast to those shaded areas. Although I like the vertical option you chose for your comp I do feel the bird should be placed lower in the frame.

    Very good critique by Daniel. I find something weird going on in the lower part of the face, where it meets the OOF wing, almost OOF there too?

    I like the eye contact, BG and position of the legs and wish the far wing were higher up.
