    Default Feather or No Feather

What do you think - keep the feather on the bill or remove it? Also, is the bird too white? I always "expose the right" and this one was dead on, so I have plenty of detail / lattitude for adjustment.

Taken at Gatorland, near Orlando, FL, on April 27th of this year. I happened to be driving to Miami for work when I realized how close to the Turnpike Gatorland was...

Hmmm, I say keep the feather because it adds a little more to the image imo. About the bird being too white I would personally say no because these are (white) birds and getting them to be completely white like you have here is a talent all it's own. A couple things I can say is that I would sharpen it a little more and also blur the back ground more. Other than those few minor details I really like this image, a job well done.

Leave the feather. I find the very white plumage very good and it looks real enough not to be an issue for me. :) Well done. :)

All, thank you for your comments. I thought the feather added a little character, too, but wanted to see if I what other people thought. Also, I printed it at 20x30 on some nice matte paper today and the highlight detail in the white plumage looks great.
